Claim Merchant Guidelines

Unlock powerful benefits for your business—claim your merchant today!

Are you the owner of a merchant available on Rummmor? By claiming to be an owner, you will get an owner badge on your user profile. The most important requirement for claiming your merchant profile is to have an official website and active online store.

Why do I need to claim merchants?

When you claim a merchant, you, as the owner, can interact with users who have reviewed, discussed, and created content about your merchant. In addition, you can enjoy special features to boost your merchant performance at Rummmor.com. These features are included in the Basic and Pro plans. Here are the features you’ll get after claiming the merchant:

  • Pin Customer Reviews

As a merchant owner, you can pin a review, discussion, promo code, or article you think is worth being placed on top of other content. To pin a review:

  1. Visit https://www.rummmor.com/
  2. Head to Merchant > Reviews Dashboard.
  3. Choose the review you’d like to pin and click the Pin icon on the right of the reviews.
  • Edit Information

You can highlight the main information that you want to share. You have the right to edit information about the merchant account, such as title, support email, phone number, social media, and page settings.

  • Merchant Statistics

You'll get detailed statistics about your brand and customer engagement on Rummmor, including customer behavior, competitor research, content ideas, promotion timing, and more, all in one place.

  • Assistant

If you represent multiple merchants, you can activate an Assistant Account. An assistant is an additional user with different login permissions under the merchant owner's account. It is an efficient and secure way to organize teamwork on Rummmor.
